Tangu strives to provide excellent counseling and treatment services to all impacted by alcoholism and/or other drug addictions, marital & pre-marital counseling, individual, relationship, family and couple's issues.

The following services represent the most current information on duration and schedule for counseling and treatment at Tangu.

The enrollment age ranges from 16-80 years old.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Usually 2 weeks to

Opioid Group 8-week module Thursdays:  1:15pm - 3:00p
Alcohol/Drug Evaluation Up to 2-hour evaluation with a counselor. Walk-Ins: 
Mon - Thurs from 10am to 2pm
Friday & Saturday:
by appointment.
MEDICAID -Substance Abuse   2-hour group sessions.
3x-4x weekly

Individual Psychotherapy session 		Monday - Thursday:
10:00am -12:15pm,
Saturday:  10:00pm - 12:15pm
Aftercare [Continuing Care] Clients can participate for up to 2 years. Tuesdays:  6pm - 7pm
Anger Management 8 weeks or 12 weeks
meet 1x weekly		 Wednesdays: 6pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays: 9am - 10:30am
Defensive Driving 6 to 8 hour class for one day. Call for next available class
DHR Clinical Evaluation Up to 2-hour evaluation with a DHR evaluator. Call for an appointment.
Domestic Violence & FVIP 24 weeks

Saturdays: 9am - 10:30am

All counseling services are available on individual, group, marital couples, relationship and family basis.

To support the arduous recovery process, Tangu promotes and encourages client and family participation in Twelve [12] Step Programs:

  • Alanon & Naranon
